First degree Reiki will attune you to the Reiki energy. After completion of this course you will be able to perform complete Reiki treatments on yourself and others including animals. Reiki I Training Includes: Guided Meditation, Class Lecture and Discussions, Attunement to the Reiki I Energy, Practice Time (each participant will give and receive a complete Reiki treatment), Reiki I Manual and Certificate.
