Join us at Higher Power Yoga for a lunchtime wellness workshop brought to you by your friends at Grist Mill Fitness. Come learn what essential oils are and how to use them. During the workshop we will introduce you to the benefits of essential oils and how they can be used to promote wellness and bring the body back into balance. There are essential oils that can help boost immunity, alleviate anxiety, and aid digestion among countless other uses. These oils are a great compliment to a healthy lifestyle of mindfulness, eating well, and exercising. Colleen will have essential oils with her for everyone to smell and experience, she will educate participants on the safe uses of each, and answer questions. Light refreshments will be served, or you can pack a lunch!
