WAKE-UP VINYASA FLOW YOGA

A fun and uplifting 45 minute class focussing on sun salutations and strength training.  Your body awakens and expels toxins leaving you re-energized.  Synchronized breathing will relax your mind.  You will leave this class with your internal compass set, your body and mind invigorated and ready to step into your day. This class is suitable for all levels of students from beginner to advanced.

BREATHE AND RELAX YOGA

This 45 minute class is like a midday tonic.  Step out of your busy world and step into a place where you can focus on yourself.  We will focus on areas of chronic tension, such as the neck, back and legs.  By th need of the class, your nervous system will be brought back into balance leaving your body relaxed and your mind calm and focused.  This class is suitable for all levels of students from beginner to advanced.

MIXED LEVEL VINYASA FLOW YOGA

An energetic vinyasa flow class that links yoga postures (asanas) together for a lively and upbeat session.  We offer both 45 and 75 minute sessions for this popular class.  This practice will strengthen and tone your whole body, build endurance, release stress, increase concentration as well as provide you with a cardio workout.  This class is suitable for all levels of students from beginner to advanced.

ALIGN AND FLOW YOGA

This class will help you to get started,  We’ll focus on alignment and the building blocks for postures to help lead you to a more advanced practice.  New students should begin here.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Mindfulness is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.  The practice of Mindfulness Meditation has been revered for its ability to reduce stress, anxiety and bring about a healthy, balanced and clear state of mind. 

YOGA FOR STRENGTH CONDITIONING

Many people are not aware that Yoga postures are weight bearing exercises.  With each pose, we are increasing our strength and opening the gateway to advanced Yoga postures.  This class uses Yoga postures to build strength in all the major muscle groups.
